WinCustomize: 2 MILLION USERS

In October, WinCustomize crossed the 2 MILLION unique user mark. That is, 2 million different people visited the site in the month of October.

Here are some interesting statistics about WinCustomize from last month:
60% of users visited via bookmarks or typed in the URL manually or from a program that brings them here.

About 25% of users came from Stardock.

Penny-Arcade had an article about ObjectDock that mentioned WinCustomize which brought in over 4,000 new people.

Other high referring sites includes:

  • Neowin.net
  • JoeUser.com

90% of WinCustomize visitors use Windows XP or Windows 2000

85% of visitors are running 1024x768 or higher

245,000 of the people who visited WinCustomize last month visit the site several times each day.

You should have "split" the XP / Win2k numbers

That be me, I'm always coming to this site, reading the messege boards, checking out the new skins, everything about this site is incredible so many great wb skinners, icon artists, etc etc.. Reading the news. enough said...........Thank you Wincustomize and stardock.

That's really not something that's newsworthy. I really don't care who referred the most people, or what screen resolution other people are using, or for that matter even their operating system. It's annoying really.
