Sins of a Solar Empire - Entrenchment

Hey guys, I have a Problem with Entrenchment ... I can't activate it because I don't find the CD key from Entrenchment and the stardock support dosn't help me.

The support side sends me only the CD key from SoaSE

(and yes I have bought Entrenchment on the stardock platform )
