can't download master skin purchases

from WinCustomize Forums

i goto my registrations under my account, click on desktop collage download link, and it gives a 404 error.  so, how do i download things i have purchased, it's not listed in impulse, so what do i do?

i got it from the email, i just assumed it would be the same link, but we all know what happens when you just assume something! lol
