Diplomacy - Modifying Ship Ranges

Okay, so I'm going crazy. I have successfully modified ship ranges to the PhaseCarrier (which, coincidentally, matches the battleship for the Vasari and NOT the carrier as the name would imply). However, even though I did the same thing to all other ships, only this one is affected. What am I missing? Game is updated, mod is applied. Thanks in advance!

Never mind. Had read somewhere that changed files didn't need to be put into their own GameInfo folder, but that was erroneous. YAAAAAY.
