Basically: EVERYONE IS BUFFED OBSCENELY if you do not carry a thousand sigils and you are a level behind you will be melted SO FAST
TB:
Fire Aura is now 5/15/20
Fireball is now only 15 range but does:
300/500/1000/1500 damage
Energy costs have been increased slightly for the upper levels and decreased for the lower levels
Fire Nova's mana costs are drastically lowered but now does 500/750/1000 damage though it's knockback radius is reduced
Ring now does
900/1200/1500/1800 damage and it's radius is increased
Permafrost is slightly buffed (not that that you would get it anymore with the crazy numbers...)
DF shatter damage increased from 100/175/250/325 to 175/250/325/475
Fire and Ice now does +500 damage to Fireball and +250 per shatter for DF (oh god 2k fireball)
Frost Nova's cast time decreased from .9 to .6
Rain of Ice recieves a small damage buff and reduced mana cost but it's auto-attack debuff is greatly increased (up to 70% at RoI IV)

UB:
Spit I and II have decreased mana costs. Spit IV has a slight mana increase but gets buffed to 200 damage per tick
Putrid Puddle-Thing has a decreased radius but does 250 damage per tick instead of 150
Ooze is nerfed:
35/70/100/140 dps -> 25/50/100/150 damage taken is: now 10/15 from 25/45
Grasp's mana costs slightly reduced
OH GOD DISEASED CLAWS II HAS A 75% snare
5/7/10 -> 10/75/10 (don't get three I guess)
Plague I affects only 25 units now (from 30). Plague II affects 50 units (from 30)
Bestial Wrath's mana costs are reduced

Reg:
Snipe has a larger range as you level it up further (you can probably eventually snipe from Mana flag for a ton of damage). Cooldown is increased to balance. Also a very small mana cost decrease. Modest damage buff.
Okay. So Reg has 120 Range. Basically, he can almost snipe the enemies portal from his Cystal. Remember Snipes do more damage the further you are... and it got a slight damage buff to begin with. It would probably be about 2500 damage.
Impedence bolt proc % raised from 10 to 25
Mines Buffed. Number of mines you can have per level increases by 2 each. Eventually you can have 12 mines doing 650 damage each. May god have mercy on your soul if a DA swaps you onto that minefield.
Tracking Bug reveals more area around the demigod.
Oak:
Soul Frenzy now applies to EVERY minion (not just his Spirits)
% chance of Wards creating spirits reworked (30/45/60/75% -> 25/50/75/100)
Surge of Faith 300/450/600 -> 350/500/650
Queen:
Shambler-buff from Summon Shamblers increased by 5 weapon damage and 125 hp per level per level (so level 1 is 5/125 better, level 2 is 10/250 better...)
Uproot buffed. Not that anyone cares.
Shield 4 absorbs 50 more damage now! OP!
Rook - Unchanged. I would guess he started to get tired modding based on the slowly reducing number of changes per demigod as we go further down the directory tree.
Also, I do want to do a 3v3 TB Cataract game with this mod. That will be hilarious. and, OP, everything I say is in jest. Your hard work may bring us enjoyment for a day and that is good ^^;
Sedna:
Number of Yetis for Yeti III and IV increased from 4 to 5! YES!
Heal I mana incrased by 50 but heal amount increased to 800 from 600 to balance
Heal II increased from 900 to 1000
Heal IV mana cost decreased by 25
Child's Life is now a +80% regen bonus instead of 50%
Silence III is now a Duration of 7

Erebus - with these changes he MAY be able to beat TB in a fair fight. Maybe.
Batswarm:
Batswarm I mana reduced from 750 to 500. Damage increased from 300 to 500.
Batswarm II has a reduced range from 30 to 25 (Batswarm III remains at 30). Mana reduced from 925 to 750. Damage increased from 450 to 750 and radius increased from 3 to 4.
Batswarm III Mana reduced from 1275 to 1000. Damage increased from 600 to 1000 and radius increased from 3 to 5.
Bite:
Damage: 250/425/600/775 -> 250/500/750/1000
Mana: 350/500/650/800 -> 250/450/650/850
Improved Conversion Aura:
100/250/400 HP per Nightwalker -> 200/500/800
Coven
6/8/10 minions -> 4/8/12
Vampiric Aura increased from 10% to 20%
Mass Charm:
Mana costs basically halved. Duration is now 1/2/3/4 instead of 1/1.5/2/4 or whatever it is
Mass Charm stuns minions for 30 seconds...
Muddle now quadrules everyone's cooldowns instead of doubling

Rook: 2k max hp, 750 mana, 200 dmg, 5.4 movement spd, and a 25 vision radius if i remember right...
UB: 165 dmg, 1k mana .75 RoF
EB: 1.5k hp, 1k mana, 125 dmg, .5 RoF
DA: 35 Vison radius, 1k hp, 1k mana, 165 dmg, 7 spd
TB: 1200 mana
Reg: 35 vision radius, 1250 hp, 875 mana
Oculus: vision radius of 25, 5.8 spd, 1.5k hp, 1.2k mana
Oak: 1700 hp, 400 armor, 180 dmg,
May or may not have change QoTs and Sedna's stats...
Depends what you're trying to do. If you're trying to create a fun mod full of absurdly overpowered skills and demigods, then buff everyone else. It would be fun and I'd be down for a few games with it. If you're trying to create a "balance mod" then the vast majority of your changes for all characters need to be re-thought. The game is pretty balanced as it is and TB isn't as weak everyone thinks though he does have drawbacks, I would focus on multiple very small changes rather than a grand-sweeping change. Similarly, Erebus doesn't need much of a buff
Eg, I do like what you did with Regulus's Snipe though it might be over the top. Remember that as you give snipe more range you're intrinsically giving it a damage buff:
1- Snipe does more damage the further it goes, so by increasing your max range you're giving it 30 damage per yard right there.
2- The longer your range, the less you have to walk to get into range which means your skill fires sooner and you're coming off of cooldown for a second one sooner.
An interesting fix would be to tweak Snipe to have a high cooldown at first, and each level of Snipe only increases damage by a 100 or so, but it increases range and decreases cooldown. So by the end of it, he can machine-gun snipes from across the map. You might be able to balance this by giving him a Tracker whenever he snipes (eg, he reveals his location for 10 seconds). It is difficult to snipe when you're engaged with another demigod (interupts, the fact you are taking damage, etc).
This was intended to be a slightly balance absurd skills mod, if that makes any sense...
what if i slow his movment speed to 4 and make his bat swarm range 45?as well as make it do 2.5k damage for 1k mana?

If everyone one shots each other, its balanced. Then it turns into who clicks first.

This isn't exactly the same amount of OP. Erebus, Reg and TB are there but UB got nerfed more than he got buffed and I honestly don't think he could bring up the heat against TB at this point anymore.
