Multiplicity Pro Activation Issues.

I've upgraded to Win 7 and am trying to reinstall Multiplicity Pro on both Desktop and Laptop.

I had to retrieve my registration info via eMail which came to me just fine. Multiplicity Pro indicates that [No Serial # is required] in that mail. The link provided was used to download the proper version of MP.

When I install MP on the Primary, it DOES ask me for an Activation Code -- which I don't have (I used to get a code in previous registration mails which I no longer have).

Can you please provide me with one, or an alternative method of activation? I've been using MP since @ 2004 and would like to continue using it.

Looks like your serial number got goofed up on your account. I have corrected it for you. When you use the form at https://www.stardock.com/support/ you will now be emailed your serial number.
