Game no longer working

first off I'm not really computer smart, but i have been playing entrenchment v 1.041 for a while with no problems, I even played yesterday and it was working fine, but today i noticed there was an update available v 1.051 but when i went to update it said my registration was not valid. I don't see how it is the key is exactly right and i only have the one email, I've updated the game before just fine, I don't see how all of a sudden its not valid.

And when i tried to play v 1.041 again it asks me to activate my copy of entrenchment, which i cant do because my email or the serial number doesn't work anymore for some reason. and again i only have the one account with stardock so my email is correct the serial number is exactly the one they gave me when i purchased the game.

So are you unable to update, or unable to get into impulse altogether?

If you can't get into Impulse, remember that your login there is the same one as here, so if you changed your usernameor password here, then you need to type that info into the Impulse login.

WOW!! there support is fast, my issue has been resolved in that my registration is valid and the game works, but now I seem to have another problem, one that is probably a fault of my own. the game says its updated to version 1.051, but when I launch the game in the bottom right corner it says entrenchment 1.041. I guess I will have to wait till next update to resolve this issue.

Try restarting your computer and opening impulse to see if another update is available, sometimes impulse acts weird like that if it had to update itself and your tried to download the Sins update first.
