Wincustomize Renewal

Hi,

 

I just renewed my Wincustomize sub last night after it lapsed a long time ago.  Does it take a couple days for the information to propagate down to wincustomize.com and upgrade my user level and give me access to my resources?

You should receive an email with the information required to register it in Impulse.  Open Impulse, My Software Tab and see if WBs shows an update available.  :sun:

anarkys: There -may- be issues with renewals due to the site-changes going on at the moment. Hang tight till Monday, and if nothing has happend to your 'status' please get back to us, and we'll get support to look at it. :)

Monday morning update.  Still no joy on access.  I cleared cookies. Logged out and back in and tried 2 different browsers.  No access to my resources and customize as of yet.  Do I need to open a ticket or do they peruse the forums to fix these as well when posted here.

You should be all set now, sorry for the troubles.  You might have to log-off and log back in, but it should recognize your renewal now.
