AOL Email Problems

from WinCustomize Forums

AOL is bouncing emails back to WinCustomize as well as Stardock. Likely possible causes could be technical or due to them thinking that our ISP is a source of spam, that we are a source of spam, or that someone on the route between the two is a source of spam.

We are working with AOL to resolve this but in the meantime, no emails from us will get through to any AOL account.

You have to be placed on something called the white list.. contact the CAT dept
if that does'nt work then there is another # directly to the server guys that can allow you to get to guys who help out other ISPs rather than the normal techs at the aol support #

AOL is always changing the way the bounce who and when. As an hosting rpovider we come across this alot

AOL is a pretty big organization and I work with mostly management. Sometimes these problems are best resolved with the "chips and bits" techies.

I don't know if other people get this, but I know that the newsletter always gets filtered as junk for my hotmail account.

Yes, same here with Hotmail.
