all right i may sound silly, but this is important question to me. what program do you use to create a skin based on that article? i guess it is skinstudio, but just please to confirm it in first place to avoid confusion for newbies like me.

SkinStudio is one, but the article's intended to be a little more general, with ideas that don't only apply to skins creatable with SkinStudio. Of course, I'm only a WindowBlinds skinner, so it may have a certain bias.
