Paid for Majesty 2 and Kingmaker the on 4/16 and never got an e-mail for the game and where to download it. Nothing appearing on my downloader and my card is charged now.
Your best course of action is to email sales@stardock.com.
It maybe an email address issue if you have more than one or if you purchased with paypal. Be sure to check you junk mail and to see if the confirmation email went there.
I agree. It should appear as available in Impulse (unless something went thru incorrectly) or, if you tried to use a coupon with PayPal, or a different email/signin...
At any rate, sorry you waited for the weekend to mention it....nobody's there at Stardock.
If you used another e-mail or account to purchase under, you can merge the accounts here.
I have Demigod on Impulse so I used the same account and email for that. I emailed them as well, guess I just have to call them tomorrow. I also checked spam and nothing. Other emails from them for example the auto reply from emailing them was in my inbox and not spam. Has this ever happened to anyone else before? Maybe because we ordered the game on a Friday it's just taking forever because it's the weekend?
