i recently just reinstalled sins and i have forgotten all of my information for ironclad online my username and password, i have asked to get a new password but thats just it...they sne dme the password and not the username. so im usernamless and with a password that wont work. i have tried to remake the account with the serial number(cd-key) but it says its allready in use... please somebody help me!!!!
