[BUG/INTERFACE] Changing Impulse Skins in game

When you hit SHift + Tab and bring up your impulse friends list, ect, if you go down to change the skin color and choose something different it results in a crash.

I see this also. Doesn't seem to be any dump file though.

In the thread https://forums.elementalgame.com/379767 where I have reported this problem, Frogboy stated that we shouldn't use the overlay yet.
