[DISPLAY] Not enough space for all the requirement of Slums

When you mouse over slums you can't see the tiles needed.

What he means it that when you mouse-over Slums in the 'Build' menu, the icon for 'spaces required' is not showing. On a side note - it requires 4 spaces.
