Can't retreive second serial I bought

Bought one on impulse, then bought one on website

My goal was to buy an additional serial number for the wife.  So I go to the website and complete the purchase without using my login information expecting a handy serial included in the email.  Well it wasn't there.

The email I used was the same email I have on my primary account, so when i try to retreive the serial from the website it only lists the one.

Additionally, when retreiving serials via https://www.stardock.com/support/ no serials are in the email (even tho it clearly states they should be).

So I'm in limbo with this serial my card had been charged for, and it's the weekend so I can't get ahold of support.

 

How can I get a complete enumeration of all serials that are owned by email addresses I own?

Actually upon looking at my CC statement I can't find where Impulse ever actually charged anything to my account.  Hmm, i got the confirmation email regarding the order.  Maybe it just hasn't posted yet, I dunno.

And the 'retreive serials' link does return some serials, but is flakey/selective on the ones it sends.  Only about 5 of the 23 real (non-duplicate/free) products have serials. Of course Settlers 7 wasn't on there... and it is probably the only second I've ever bought a full-priced copy of, not to mention two!

Typically, our system is only set up to handle one serial number per account.  If you want multiple serial number, your best bet is to buy the second one as a gift.  Then the other person can create their own account.
