Question about Deskscapes EULA

Search turned up nothing

I was wondering about several things about purchasing Deskscapes:

1. According to the EULA:

1. Install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE on a single computer.
2. Install a second copy of the SOFTWARE on a second computer only if you are the main user of this computer (home computer or laptop for example).
3. Install the SOFTWARE on another computer only if you change your main workstation. In such a case you must uninstall the software from the old computer.
4. Use the SOFTWARE via a network, only if you have purchased an adequate number of licenses. The number of users must not exceed the number of licenses you have purchased.
5. Make a copy of the SOFTWARE for archival purposes only.
End of quote

I plan on installing and using it on both my desktop and laptop, both of which only I use.  According to 2 this is fine, but I just wanted to make sure.

2. License time: if I purchase Deskscapes, how long do I get to keep it?  This was never specified anywhere, and I wanted to make sure.

3. Updates: if I purchase Deskscapes, do I receive future versions of Deskscapes for free?  If they are not free and I choose not to receive them (say, a new version), do I get to keep my old version active for as long as I want (assuming the license time is lifetime)?

Sorry if this has been posted somewhere, but like I said earlier, search turned up nothing.

1.) This isn't a problem.

2.) The software is yours for as long as you decide to keep it

3.) Generally, you will get minor version updates for free. When new major versions come out, we usually have a lower upgrade price for previous owners. You can keep your old version, but it may not necessarily be compatible with newer operating systems.
