LiteStep.net is back

http://www.litestep.net
i can´t stop smiling since the last hour. what skinz.org was to a lot of people was ls.net for me.
now it´s back ...
probably somebody else should post a less biased news article.

If you like your privacy, don't create an account there. They allow your e-mail to be seen by anyone signed in. A big no no, in my book. And if you change your e-mail to something off the wall (so you don't get spammed), you get locked out of your account for good. Litestep has been heading down hill for the past 18 months and the "new" litestep.net isn't going to be helping it come back anytime soon.

Sorry about the downtime folks. Our host is having some issues. We will be back to normal shortly...I promise.

Nice! I have been waiting for a long time to see litestep.net re-arise.

When signing up, it would be useful if the "acceptable use" page worked, especially given the above concerns about the security of your details!

I hate to be dumb about this but if you wanted to download litestep what would you download? Just the litestep.exe or that and the editor.exe too?

I tend to steer most people to the "Litestep Installer" which is linked to on the front page of Shellfront - http://Shellfront.org

p.s.
It's in the Get Litestep box on the right side of the page and called LS installer 2.

My first foray into 'skinning' was via LS.net and LS.com....then Custo...then skinz...
