Transferring GC2 to a new owner

A while ago I bought GC2+Dark Avatar in the Gold Edition and linked it to my Impulse account. Today I picked up GC2: Ultimate Edition in a sale, so I now have (kind of) two copies of GC2, two copies of Dark Avatar and one of Twilight of the Arnor. I say 'kind of', because as far as I can tell each of the packages has only one serial code.

Is there a way I can transfer the old Gold Edition to a friend, or is my Gold Edition stuck on my account now and superceded by the Ultimate Edition?
