Multimonitor and open windows

Hi, i have two monitor and when i push, for example my computer, bottom objectdock open the new window in monitor number one, while the docklet is monitor number 2. i want to use objectdock in my second monitor because if i'm playing a game in my first monitor and i want to search something in internet i want that if i push internet docklet in second monitor it will open my browser in the second monitor. It's that possible? thanks
