Just bought my copy from Walmart two days ago. Had some trouble registering the software originally...site asks for "CD key", on the back of the manual is a SINS TRIN REG CODE (ridiculously long code) and something labeled P/N.

Anyway, it seemed to take the REG CODE when I re-entered it in caps (doesn't say it's case sensitive), but I can't be sure and am still not sure if that's a O or 0 in the code. The game allowed me to play it that day...then the next time I booted it it has "INSTALL" as the option again. Clicking that it wants to delete the game. Do so and it wants to re-install the game.

After intall it skips the cinematic scenes and goes straight to a Diplomacy window that has no options in it at all (like Single Player, Multi Player, etc). It seems to be a dead end. CTR <ALT> out and I'm back to it wanting to deleted the copy and re-install it.

HELP! I'm too stupid to figure out the hoops the security IT people want me to jump through! Am about to take it back and get my money back!
