ObjectDock Plus does not launch some Programs or it starts Programs in compatibility mode

I've installed Win 7 Ultimate on my 64 bit Computer. Now ObjectDock does not start programs like Paintshop XIII and other programs like Tuneup 2010 were started in compatibility mode. If I start these programs by a desktop icon or using the explorer they start normally. Until I installed Win 7 Ultimate I used Win 7 RC1 Ultimate and ther I found not such problems but... somtimes it could happen that a program had to be awaked seriously or some programs do not start completely so I read an error window. Who knows some help?
