Minimize to dock / Minimize to taskbar

One of the best features of a competing dock was the ability to minimize to it, and not having the minimized programs showing up on the Windows taskbar. Is there an option in ObjectDock which will let me have that same experience?

I really like ObjectDock but it's such a shame that the windows task bar still gets filled with minimized programs.
