For the past 3 months Paul Boyer has been working on a whole new set of icon suites. The new set of suites is called the Orion series, a set of incredible looking premium icons that work on every version of Windows as well as support Windows XP alpha blending.

There are 1,500 icons at 6 different sizes (so actually 9000 icons). The suite comes with 6 different color variations with each color having a special bonus pack of additional icons for changing other parts of the OS.

They're less than $10 for the whole thing. For users who have wanted to transform their Windows icons to something truly next generation, this is it.

You can get them at: https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/orion.html

Incredible! Excellent work. I know first hand how much work goes into making all of those icons! Already bought, paid, and downloaded! Thank goodness for high speed downloads. Happy to support such great work. Thanks for the Object Desktop discount.

I've been using Mormegil's themes for a couple of years for FREE. I'm buying this one because I wanted to give him something in return for all the beautifull art that he has given me. Amazing set of icons!
Dying to see his new stuff in Desktop X.

I have no problem lashing out $$$$ - Paul has provided a lot of quality free stuff over the years, but the admiration of those who download and use his work doesn't put food on the table nor keep a roof over his head.

Looking forward to the rest of the Orion skins Paul; keep up the good work...

Simply Amazing! I'm not a big fan of paying for icons, but if they are always this good I will dish it out. Great job!!

While this is a great product, the sale of icons was only the next progression in the cash machine. First it was one part of Object Desktop, then an upgrade to the whole deal then came the network subscription, then the Skin browser now we are being asked to buy individual icon packages/sets which we were led to believe would be a part of the amoeba desktop sseries of programs called stardock! And you know what! who's complaining? You are one of the few e commerce companies that give people their money's woirth with little or no hassle and deliver a quality product that doesn't f**k up a computer.

Keepem rollin guys! As long as the quality is maintained people will lineup to give you their cash!

And you thought this was gonna be another one of those gripe posts . Never!

I'm wondering if there are (macromedia) fireworks icons, since flash/dreamweaver/freehand are shown?
They are just there since they are popular programs, In truth I do not have any macromedia software myself.

Awesome stuff. And since I use quite a few of your icon sets, I had no prob shelling out the money. Truly awesome, and I can't wait to see the windowblinds and logon themes
