[Bug/Interface] 0.29 New Faction Fallen button

Situation: In the Choose Faction screen we click in the New Faction button in the lower right part of the screen, where Fallen factions are.
Expected result: nothing should happen as Fallen are disabled iin this build.
What happens: The New Faction option doesn't allow you to create a new one but the graphic dissapears.

You can repeat this any time you enter the Choose Faction screen.
