the games i just bought will not pop up under mygames it doesnt even know they are there. what do i do
If you are logging in with this account, that would be the reason why they are not showing up -- you have no registrations under this account. Did you maybe have an embarqmail.com email address? If so, please use the following tool to have your accounts merged:
https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations
This will merge your two accounts into one so that all of your products may be accessed from a single login.
If you do not have access to one of your email addresses to perform the merge, please send an email to [email protected] with as much identifying information to that account as possible and reference the URL of this thread, so that we may perform the merge for you.
