Stardock Forumsthe latest patches are no longer available as downloads from the web. you must install Impulse to pull in the patches.

install impulse. register your copy of sins, and it will then detect the updates.
Looks like your copy of Sins is already registered to your account. When you install Impulse, sign in with the same account you signed in here with and you should be good to go.
