Registration Invalid

For some reason, Impulse has decided that my registration for WindowBlinds 7 is invalid.  I think this may have to do with the fact that I started with WindowBlinds, then moved to purchasing ObjectDesktop, but I'm not sure.

This issue effects my laptop, not (I think) my desktop.

Any ideas?

Try closing Impulse and running the following file:

http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg

Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web browsers will not handle the file type correctly.  Once you follow the link, save the file and double click it to apply it.  Then relaunch Impulse.  You will need to re-login with your username/e-mail (either will work) and password.

Alas, that just screwed Impulse up so completely I couldn't even log into it!  I'm going to try reinstalling it now.

OK, I thought I had this fixed.  But now Windowblinds isn't even showing up at installed on my laptop, and I'm having the same problem again.  I tried clearing local data and the fix reg... any ideas?

I just bought a renewal licence from Stardock for ObjectDesktop.

Email told me to download Impulse and use serial above which there isnt one and the one I have, expired already back i 2006.

I have no idea how to go about it. I have contacted the support team but no answer so far.

Please if you can help.

khuz - Please post the ticket number you received from Stardock support. Did you use the same email to purchase the renewal as you had previously purchased ObjectDesktop with?

Hello Hankers, Sorry I double posted on different subjects. I was just frustrated.

My ticket number is NRJ-555625.

It was on the same account I bought the software and renewal for ObjectDesktop.

Thanks.
