I was wondering if any one uses warlord's punisher. I have been using it with Sedna and having good success at noob to mid level. Is it a viable item at higher levels of play?
If so what demigods will be able to make the best use of it?
This items is not bad...its just ppl dont use it because u lose one slot for ur items. Normally, ppl carry scroll or teleportation, lock, sigil, wand of speed, orb of defiance, pot. So its hard to replace one of those items with warlord's punisher. And the best demigod to use it will be to DPS (damage per second) demigod. Like UB, Oak, Erebus. I figured out only AI use this items 
It isn't worth the cost and definitely doesn't warrant wasting a slot. Health is priority 1, mana is priority 2, and citadel upgrades are priority 3. If the item doesn't help you with health or mana, you could play probably play better without it.
I think it'd be an off the wall plan for everyone to get it and constantly drain one persons mana on like...Crucible or Prison. Shut one guy down, lol. Lose 1,200 mana every 25 seconds? lawls.
I was playing as oak not long ago and someone used it on me in a fight so that I wouldn't have enough mana for shield 3. I died as a result...so, it paid for itself. There's nothing wrong with getting it for a surprise now and then, but I don't think it's a viable regular option.
-1,200 mana ever 25 second against closed form qot with vhels on levi.....you do the math.
As I see it, it is a great item early in the game.
Unforuntantely, you can't afford it, and when you can, you need to buy different items to avoid dying.
