HELP - Virtual Desktop download gives File Invalid - (FIXED)

Hello,

I am having problems with Virtual Desktop installation. Can anyone help with this. It says download file invalid: MD5's do not match server. I am running windows xp 32 bit. If that helps. Thanks for any advice.

Do you have any security apps running on your system? You will need to add an exception for Impulse to any of these. This is most often the cause for this type of problem.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for responding to my help. It actually turrned out to be so simple. All I had to do was turn off the "show pre-release button" Again thank you soooo much!!

Yes, this is an issue with the Virtual Desktops Beta. The production version should work fine.
