Multiplicity trial not working in W7 64

Hello

      I would like to test Multiplicity on my W764 primary to my XPsp3 32 secondary.I installed on both machines ,found the secondary XP system from the initial setup wizard and set it to be secondary on its wizard and rebooted both machines.All I get after boot is the trial popup on which I select continue then I get the Stardock web pages and nothing no switch fuctionallity or config icon in the task bar and I'm stuck.This looks like a great app I would love  to get it to work help appriciated.
