New issue with multiplicity

I've started to run into a new issue with Multiplicity and games that use full screen graphics. I just started having an issue with both World of Warcraft and now Star Trek Online where my mouse clicks are no longer recognized after some point. I thought it was the old issue where if you have the key pressed down when you switch computers it gets stuck but that doesn't seem to be the issue. I can minimize the game and have full use of the mouse and keyboard but as soon as i go back in game the issue happens again. If i disable multiplicity the issue does not occur. I'm open to suggestions on things to try.

I'm running Windows 7 ultimate 64bit.

Is the problem game on the primary or the secondary and what version of Multiplicity does it say in the Advanced tab?

Any ideas? I really don't want to have to go back to 2 keyboards/mice plus all the other crap on my desk.

Does the same issue occur if you play the games in Windowed mode? Also, when you lose mouse control do you gain it on one of the secondary machines?
