Is there a way to mod the pirates so they will attack a planet even if it is not owned? In creating a mission I would like to attack a planet that is not yet owned but has a lot of enemy ships.
As far as I know, it is only possible to edit the individuel ships, the size of the raid and how different things increase the raid strength. It is not possible to change the way that the AI behaves.
