problem running a gadget

I have someone that downloaded 2 of my clocks. (GoldenGear and OldTime) and the hands wouldn't show. I sent the person the gadget versions and they get the message (GoldenGear G.exe has stopped working).

If anyone can help with this it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

They probably don't have the clock plugin on their system, send it to them. But that shouldn't apply to gadgets.

Email me and I'll have a look.

Hi Redneck, I sent her the plugins also and I don't believe it helped. She has Antico Clock, Silica Clock, and Steampunk Weather and says they work fine.

I'll send you the gadget versions. If you have no problems, then the problem will be on her computer.

Thanks.

If you still have a problem with this, I'd be interested to take a look at what might be going on. Feel free to send me anything.

Hi, I believe she still has the problem, so I'll send you the clock.

Thanks in advance.

I got the ticket you submitted and did also get your reply. In regards to any specific options, there is actually some documentation you may be interested in checking out:

For anything that you can't find in there, feel free to ask around here or if you stump everyone, shoot an email to [email protected]. There are a lot of extremely talented dx-ers in this community though, so I think you would be hard-pressed to accomplish anything like that ;)
