No Serial included or sent

I've just sent a ticket which will take about 2 or more days and figured I could help from here faster.

I just bought the Sins of a Solar Empire Bundle

I got the comfirmation email, telling my my account details and order number along with payment number etc but I did not get a clear serial

ie

product serial: xxxxxxxxxxx  etc

going onto https://www.stardock.com/support/ and inputting my email only gave the the same information about my order but not the actual serial

am I missing something or being stupid or has Stardock just made a hiccup and stooged me?

If you log into Impulse with the email that you purchased under, the game should appear on the My Games tab regardless. If it does not, support will be able to assist you when they get to your ticket.

no it is not included in my Impulse games list, I am required to register although I was instructed to: After you have created your account, locate the email titled "Stardock/Impulse Account Registration Follow-up?" in your email inbox.

having searched my email inbox, trash, spam it was not found

Did you happen to pay for this using PayPal which has a different email than the one you log into Impulse with?

ok I have been directed by a friend to go into my community section and then find my registreations - check

found registration - check

went to register and pasted in the registration, my registered email address, games tab then sins of solar game from the selection

error so I try the paypal address but it brings up the same error

The serial number you have entered is not recognised by Impulse.  Only serial numbers provided by Stardock will be accepted.

Please cheack your selected product, email address and serial number, then try again. (ref:2)

now the serial is exactly as shown with -'s

only thing I can think of is that it does not give a selection for the Bundle pack which I have bought, only the individual games which I tried

what is going on here?

This should solve your issue. Enter the PayPal email that you used to purchase the game in the source account and then your Impulse login email in the destination account - https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/

bniall: I've checked on your account and everything appears to be in order. Your Impulse/Stardock account are within the same database entry as your Sins registration. Does Sins show up now within the My Games section of Impulse?
