Objectdock blocks programs

When I start any program in OD I can't drag and drop files in the program.

For example: I start VLC with OD and can't drag a video file into the VLC. The probem does not exist when I start VLC in the Startmenu. I also can't open links in QIP (another user is running this copy of Opera) etc.

How can I solve the Problem?

I use win7 x86 Professional

I couldn't reproduce this with Windows 7 and VLC. Are you able to drop video files onto the shortcut in the dock and have them play?
