Creator of "Sublime" theme?

I want to ask the creator of the Sublime theme a question. I have tried this theme on WB and like how it does certain things, but not others.

For example, it makes the system tray icons small, which I don't like. Is there any way to make them larger when using Sublime?

I do like how it increases the size of the buttons and toolbars in my PhotoExplosion application without increasing the overall resoultion of it.

Is there a way to achieve this effect without using Sublime? If I decrease screen resolution, then everything of course gets bigger in PhotoExplosion, including the mouse arrow and the windows etc. But for some reason Sublime does not do that, it just increases the size of the toolbars buttons.

BTW, I have no knowledge how this theme creation stuff works, so please don't get too technical!
