Help with system tray and minimized windows feature

Two Problems. Here's the rig:

AMD Turion X2 zm-80
3.0GB PC-6400 RAM
Windows 7 (x86) build 7600.16385 (Full Retail Version)
OD+ 1.90 Build 535

1. I bought this off a friend of mine and he had OD+ preloaded on it. It had Vista before, but I upgraded to Windows 7 afterwards, and did a manual reinstall of OD+. I wanted to put a dedicated system tray dock, but when I configure it as such, I get nothing. Just an empty dock. I've searched a bit but it's a maze of seemingly the same forum posts with no clear solution. Everything else, including the start menu, work just fine.

The next problem I have is with the minimize windows functionality.

2. On the video in this page, at about the 1:33 mark, it shows both the minimize animation AND the view as thumbnail properties being active. Is this possible or meer trickery?

1. What you have is an illegitmate copy of the program since the TOS does not allow transfer of ownership. Just letting you know...

2. Objectdock is not supported in Windows 7.

Thanks for the quick reply Lantec, and for the heads up on the TOS.

Bunk, I guess I'll buy my own license then. I used the free version on my old laptop and loved it so it's not that big a deal. I believe windows 7 is supported, according to the system requirements page:

System Requirements:

Windows 7/XP/Vista (32 bit versions only)
20MB free drive space
256MB RAM
