Hallo

 

sorry my english is very bad.

i have got a problem to download DeskScapes with Impulse. I have refresh my computer and I would like install DeskScapes, but can't DL DeskScapes.

I have use Windows 7 64 bit, befor I refresh the computer  i use Windows 7 64 bit and did works on my computer.

Error: The beta of the application you are attempting to download/register ist avalible.

Can you help me please??

It sounds like you are trying to install Deskscapes 2.5 on Windows 7.  That version does not support Windows 7.

If you want to use Deskscapes on Windows 7 you would need to install Deskscapes 3 which is listed as a different product in Impulse.  If you purchased from around Sept 09 onwards you got a free upgrade (so check it isn't also in your products list), otherwise it would be $8.95 from https://www.stardock.com/products/deskscapes/upgrade.asp

The error with the beta release is a server side issue.  You should not be being shown the beta at all and it should be giving you the same message as the non beta (I.e. this does not work on this OS).  The beta release of 3.0 was initially available to DS 2.5 customers but now the final version has been released it has been removed.

thanks for your help. I have DeskScapes purchased from around march 09. I would like purches the update, how  I can update to 3.0 with my acount??

You may need to contact [email protected] who should be able to help you out.

Please make sure you are using the correct e-mail address that you used when you purchased the software originally and that the serial number is correct.
