This should show you your serial.
If "Sins of a Solar Empire" does not appear under "my games", then only Stardock support can solve your problem. The only possibility I can think of is that you may have used a different email address when buying the game then when you created your account.
The e-mail address is correct I have no serial just get everything!
Which part is giving you trouble? Is "Sins of a Solar Empire" not listed in the my games tab?
If it's not, then only Stardock support can help you.
