Beyond a Joke.. Cannot download Objectdock Plus that I just purchased..?

Got the payment confirmation email, never got one to download the product..

So the title pretty much says it all. I just purchased Stardock Objectdock, got an email telling me that my payment has been received, yet I still haven't got an email with any form of a link to download what I just purchased!! 

 

I went to the support, but when I put in my email to receive the serials, it said my account is not activated. So I followed the link to receive another activation email (as I never received one in the first place) and it tells me "we were unable to find that account or something went wrong, please try again".

 

So your telling me I've been scammed? This cannot be serious. What is going on here? I cannot even buy it on Impulse, its only giving me the option to purchase it again!

 

This is a joke. Thanks for making my day Stardock, honestly. Things are just never as easy as they seem.

 

Please.. Could someone help?..

Matthew, you need to download and install Impulse. When you create the name/password, use the ones you use to logon to WinCustomize.

Then, when Impulse finishes logging on, you should find your software available in the "My Software" tab.

Have you gotten an email confirming your purchase?

after logging on here at WC.

Another two things... 1. To register the software, make sure you use the email that you purchased the software with.

2. The folks at Stardock are on vacation until after New Years (Jan. 2. 2010). You might have to wait until then if you haven't gotten the confirmation email and if the registration doesn't appear in the link I provided above.

Please don't be angry with me...I'm just a regular person on the site....just trying to help. I don't work for Stardock or WinCustomize.

MatthewRuddy...hi.

I expect although your payment has been received [according to the email you received] it probably hasn't been processed yet....it being a 'holiday' time, aka Christmas, and there will be very few, if any people in at Stardock at this time.

Give it a little while...and I'm sure it will be sorted.

BTW...I am 'here' but 'here' is 10,000 miles from where the accounting is done...and also 16 hours ahead....hence my being 'here' now...;)

Did you make the purchase using PayPal which may have an email different than your Stardock.net account?
