Converting files.?

Is there any way to convert .jpg files into files that can be used with Deskscapes?.

ArtStudio From Corner-A adds FX snow, rain, swaying, lighting etc, export to avi, swf, scr, exe here or After Effects +/- plugins.

Nature Illusion Studio does some things too here.

Then convert avi to wmv or mpg (better) +/- looping in After Effects first then DreamMaker.
