Bought GalCiv II, no serial number in confirmation email

As in the thread title, I just bought GalCiv II, Dread Lords via Impulse, and received no serial number in the confirmation email to me. Through the support website, I asked them to email me my account details and serials. The account details came through fine, as did the information stating that I own the game; however, there were no serial numbers in that email either. What's going on? It's clear from the second email that Stardock knows that I own the game, but I don't seem to have a serial number for it.

ok never mind, i restarted Impulse and it at first didnt show up, then i switched tabs around and it showed up
