Can't download new window blinds 7 ?? (Download larger than expected)

If you uninstall and do a clean reinstall the issue should resolve itself.

The strange thing is, my WB version says it's Windowblinds 7 build 79  , looks like I must have alreday had 7 on my machine. is build 79 a beta build? what is the build of the GA version ?

First I can't download WB 7 because the download is larer than expected.  I get told by SUPPORT to uninstall my beta WB 7 and sure it finishes downloading but now  after Finally succcessfully downloaded WB 7 and now after uninstaling I'm told it can't decompresss because it can't find the central directory WindowBlinds 7. WTF ?

Can someone please get this crap sorted out, you are about to loose one you ryou rmost loyal and oldest customers becasue of this BS.

From what I can see by the support reply by Shirley is a recommendation to try an uninstall and reinstall of WB7.  Did you reboot your computer after uninstalling and reinstalling?  Sometimes temporarily disabling anti-virus and firewall programs running on your computer prior to installing will also help.

The 'official' contact for Stardock support is to email [email protected] and initiate a trouble ticket. As previously mentioned, Stardock support are on holidays and it could be awhile before you get an 'official' reply.

WC mods and members are more than willing to try and assist you in resolving your install issue.

Build 79 should be ok for XP.

Vista / 7 have higher build numbers.
