Erebus Minion/Bite Spec Build

I use mostly the same build except switch 5 and 6 around and I'll vouch that it works really well.

ahhh forgot to mention that Shiro,

imo it depends cause if you haven't shopped yet then you shouldn't have enough mana to swarm so its a wasted point BUT if you for some reason (Levi Exile shopped early ect.) then you should switch them.

It's a good build and I'm sure a lot of people will have trouble stopping it. The most effective counters I've found (besides armor stacking, which is critical regardless) are:

• Staff of Renewal tower rook
  • Most people won't view this as a good counter, but because this isn't a morale build, stacking up vlemish+plenor early will let you spam towers faster than EB can knock them down, and independent weapons+towers+your corner tower will protect you from minions well enough. This really does work quite well, and once you hit level 6 you should have your first rank of hammer, at which point you can hit an entire wave of nightwalkers for 500-700 (700 if you boulder first), which makes burning them down with tower DPS much quicker
• Nature's Reckoning Oak
  • Use an assassin build, build up penitence, shield, and surge of faith, and get at least one point of Divine Justice. After level 5 you'll be able to kill large swarms of night walkers in about 10 seconds, and you'll get back about 90 health and man from each. By level 10 this build becomes completely ineffective against you, as the nightwalkers do less damage than the heals from killing them return
• As noted above, BotS UB
  • Spit spit spit, spit spit spit. Stack HP early, get new ranks of ooze and spit every time they're available, and just power EB down. His DPS can't compete and neither can his health. If you don't have a monk, prepare to spend a LOT of time behind your own tower, probably until 7 or even 10.

U giving up mist and mass charm which is the best stun in whole game [I mean everyone can just port away in front of you and u cant do shit or worse pop a big potion a finish u off.] for minons which dies to any AOE since you didnt put any points into morale.

If it works for you thats greast but i think pure assasin ereb or pure minon ereb would own you easily.

Maybe a pure assassin Erebus wouldn't own him 1v1 but in a team battle Stun in much much better than minions

I think the Ice TB is the best stun.  The main reason being is as oak, if  i go to shield/port right when i get frozen then my cooldown on shield is wicked long, resulting in my death.

the LE stun is quite good, dont get me wrong, but that ice stun cooldown is a bitch.

well ereb get muddle at lvl 15 which does increase cooldowns 100% for 7 sec

Tb stun does not increase ur cooldowns - it reduces ur movement speed by 10,15,20% for 5 seconds

Tb interupt does increase your cooldowns

Erebus stun cost 350 mana less then tb one. Erebus gets 3 sec stun at lvl 10 not 15 like tb. That negates 3 sec out of 7 sec cooldown of bite. 3 sec is also cast time on port. It is ultimate stun for ganking if someone moves over ur flag or tower.

Esuzu exacly like u said. no demigod can own pure minon build 1v1. and assasin ereb is for 2v2 or 3v3 games only, unless 1v1 versus another assasin.

Assassin Oak can stomp a pure minion erebus pretty hard.

Depends on the level of the Demi's in question IMO I can solo any dg even a minon ereb because bite + minions = more damage than just minions

Raped by minions.

Late game surely. A bit harder early on.

If I were going to graph assassin Oak's effectiveness against this build I'd say it's easy early (because of BotF+Monks vs. HoB), bottoms out around level 4, slowy improves from 5-9, and then rises rapidly after 10.
