After renewing my registration to Object Desktop, Version 3.0 of Deskscape does not show up in 'My Software' in impulse. How can I download it.
Same problem here. I contacted tech support yesterday, hopefully they'll have a solution shortly.
Same here. Unclear to me why. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Impulse and run the reg_fix utility.
I'll be very interested to learn the fix for this, zforce67.
It should show up on the My Software tab at the bottom of the page grayed out but showing available.
If it is not there, and everything else is current i.e. Object Desktop subscription, then click on View in the My Software tab and make sure that 'Hide non-installed applications' is not checked. You might look at the other options there also. The click on organize and make sure you have it showing the way you want.
Sometimes setting do get changed. Hope this helps.
Update:
Although D3 was installed and working correctly, it appeared as "available". I ran the reg_fix utility without results. Then I reran it and although it did not appear to have worked [I didn't have to re-logon] updates appeared for D3 and Impulse. I closed, reopened and I installed the update, and rebooted and D3 now appears as installed.
