I run impulse, try to install deskscapes and it says "this program is not compatible with your current operating system"...excuse me!!???
I've just bought this bloody program and the website said it works with Windows 7 and says nothing about 64bit being incompatible...!!!
Is there a fix or update or something?

Sounds like something on the server end is amiss.....I run it on Windows 7x64 just fine. I'm sure they'll get it sorted.
Hi, I think you are having the same problem as me. The reason it is not compatible for me is because its not Deskscape 3, impulse only shows the 11/19 version not the latest Dec. 10 version. For some reason or another Impulse is not "updating" Deskscapes, though it had upgraded/updated Windows Blinds, fences etc.... I contacted tech support yesterday, hopefully they have a solution.
January 1 today. No change. Seems Win 7 64 has the entire software industry in a mess. I have been running into this with Win 7 64 bit since I installed it back in October. Several of my various titles that say they are Win 7 and Win 7 64 bit compatible have bugs popping up. I see a few Stardock programs coming out now compatible with 64 bit but for those on subscriptions to OD it is quite frustrating to have paid for software that you now can't use until the titles are brought up to date. Sounds like either Microsoft through the whole industry a curve ball again or maybe some companies were not testing their stuff with Win 7 RC. Whichever, I am just not going to renew my OD subscription until all components are working. The biggest disappointment personally has been Deskscapes being Microsoft didn't carry it forward from Vista.

I'm running Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit and Object Desktop and with only a few exceptions all is running fine. Have no problems with DeskScapes.
