Well the uploads aren’t working at the moment, but that’s no problem for now, as there are plenty of skins from the past couple of days to keep you entertained.

I think that if permission was included in the icon package (permission to modify and post) then it should be 'legal' ... I'm not an expert on this, though....just common sense approach which might or might not be valid, Tim.
Skinhit has a point if no permissions was granted from the original artists. 
A great selection ID.Should really scrap the christmas icons though. The quality is quite bad anyways. Really, how do those get through moderation? lol. @ Doc.... I'm only referring to quality moderation. I understand how these can get easily missed by them. Just want to clarify that. Just sayin'.
As far as I'm concerned, if there are no permissions and the submitter wasn't the original artist the conclusion is obvious...the icons shouldn't be posted. Moderation probably missed the fact that they weren't originals and while that's a rare occurance, it can happen.
