This is a HIGH RISK virus that is spread via email. The infected email can come from addresses that you recognize. The email attachment name seems to be limited to Readme.exe and uses the icon for an Internet Explorer HTML document. The worm also attempts to spread itself via Unicode Web Traversal vulnerability on Microsoft IIS servers and via open shares.

With this one you don't need to open an exe. Merely opening the email is enough to get infected. The virus auto-executes in email and also infected webpages. Just visiting an infected site will infect your computer (with java enabled).
