I've been playing version 1.0.0.0 for a year by now (no high-speed Internet available), two months ago I get online for updates, try to register, and guess what's up? The registration number given in the box is 20 symbols out of needed 35. I've found their site offering some updates specifically for this game edition, separately from Western or the Russian-translated version. I'm just asking if anyone has that problem and is it possible to update and download Entrenchment, as I'm tired of 1.0.0.0.

Tech details: the edition in question is manufactured in Russia, although only the setup menu has been translated - the rest is left intact and works fine. The code sticked inside is formated as AAAAA-AAA1A-AAAAA-AAA1A - Impulse rejected it.

Is the situation FUBAR?

You should consider posting this in the Technical forum with a thread title that says something along the lines of, "Help, can't register with Impulse" or some such.  That way a Stardock employee is liable to notice your thread and respond. You could also consuder emailing [email protected]

Actually, I would suggest contacting Snowball.ru... they are responsible for providing a proper serial. You may want to send an email to [email protected] as well with the serial number you received, just so you have that on record with us.
