Spotted this over on WinOSCentral's site, that CostCo have posted pricing for Windows XP as follows.

Microsoft® Windows XP Home Edition $189.99
Microsoft® Windows XP Home Edition Upgrade $94.99
Microsoft® Windows XP Professional $279.99
Microsoft® Windows XP Professional Upgrade $184.99

Not that these prices look any more appealing...
